FORM Architects’ space was designed introducing the minimum amount of new materials. Existing building materials and components were utilized as an expression of the building and construction. Design elements such as polished concrete floors, open ceilings, and unfinished columns illustrate the raw aesthetic. Warm, natural and tactile materials such as tackable wall panels made from recycled newspaper can be found throughout the office to invite and engage human touch and act as a pin-up or project reflection space. Elements of reclaimed wood offer a nod to craftsmanship and are a contrast the white modern surfaces that act as a canvas for works in progress.
