Judy Shaffer, SHRM-CP

Principal, Chief Operating Officer

Judy is an experienced operations and SHRM-certified human resources professional with years of experience working in high level administration and operations. She brings to FORM a detailed and strategic approach to management, as well as an extensive background in facilities and move management. Judy honed her leadership skills while serving as a Director of Operations for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and as a former Capitol Hill administrator and scheduler.

As FORM’s Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s operations are efficient and effective, while supporting the team as a motivator, team leader, and collaborator. She oversees the business management for the firm, including finance and human resources, while serving as the backbone of our distinctive culture. Judy’s impact on FORM transcends her responsibilities and is pivotal to what makes FORM a family.

In the office, she’s famous for her legendary pudding shots! However, outside of her work the former wildlife rehabilitator enjoys entertaining, gardening, floral arranging, and her beloved Steelers!
