Unlike most firms, we are not segmented into studios because we believe, much like people, designs can learn from one another. This also ensures our clients receive a seamless experience. Each project has the same, Principal-led team from start-to-finish. Our entire firm meets once a week to discuss projects and concepts; this gives projects the added advantage of receiving constructive criticism from everyone, ranging from innovative college grads to our experienced and trusty code gurus.
We create an environment that fosters creativity. Our team is encouraged to join professional organizations and pursue professional certifications for advancing their career. Lunch-n-Learns, guest speakers, and design charettes happen monthly in an effort to continually sharpen skills (and imaginations) within our office.
Making meals for the homeless, visiting colleagues with our mobile espresso bar, or even spending extra time with family with our unlimited time off policy, since inception in 2003, people have always been at the heart of our brand. Whether it is our team, clients, or community, FORM makes an effort to reach out and make a difference by promoting a feeling of “warmth” all year long. The idea is simple – when we put our talent and hearts together, we can make meaningful change with and without construction documents.
